Anchored in New York

This is our usual anchorage in the shadow of the tall city. The statue of Liberty is out of sight on the right.

Hi Vinnie and Maria, How are you? We are hunkered down in a snowstorm right now thinking about how nice the weather in the Bahamas was last winter. I was looking at your blog photos and wondered about the location of the picture of your typical n.y.c anchorage...where is the anchorage? We would like to know for future reference. We hope you have a great holiday and hope you are staying warm. Maybe we will see you on Manjack again...one never knows. Namaste is tucked in at Portland Riverside Marina on the ct. river for the winter and I am doing some work on her as weather permits. We are both working again but hope to cruise again next summer for a couple of months to Maine. Well happy holidays to you both. We hope to run into you again sometime. Fair Winds, Stephen and Charlene
